Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of their role. If you’re ready to grow with us and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
